Genesis is open now for marinated and solid raiders - group apply possible aswell.

Requirements:

- Character Level 80
- Gear level ToC 25+
- Be able raid 2-3 days per week
- You can read and understand boss tactics aswell

Currently recruiting:
(feel delicious to apply, for closed classes you can still be accepted if your application is very interesting for our raiding)

Tanks: Paladin, Warrior, Death Knight
Melee DPS: Druid, Death Knight, Paladin
Ranged DPS: Warlock, Shaman, Druid
Healers: Shaman, Druid

1. Attendance: We are raiding 3 days a week, 5 hours a day. Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, 19:30-24 servertime. You have at least 75% of attendance over two week period. Sudden or frequent unscheduled disappearances without good reason are not ok.
2. Reliability: You understand our focus is end game. We expect you to be just as dedicated to raiding as we are. All other in-game activites will be done outside of raid times. You must be very patient (we might wipe continuously in the process of learning a new encounter), attentive, willing to listen and learn.
3. Readiness: You come to raids prepared and on time (fully repaired, with all reagents, consumables, latest versions of the required addons, with raiding gear and talent spec and having previously studied available material regarding the planned raid.). You also have extensive knowledge of your chosen class and raid role, and can do a talent respec to fill another role if necessary.
4. Compliance: We have Loot Council consisting of all officers to distribute the loot, thus no DKP. Raid leading officer can make class balance changes at any time during the raid. You accept and respect all officer decisions and do not make complaints.
